Terms & Conditions:

  1. Service centre operation hour: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Pick-up time: 9.30am – 11am, Deliver time: 3pm – 5pm) *Subject to traffice condition.
  2. Only available on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
  3. Only valid for BP Castrol’s (Malaysia) employees.
  4. Pick-up location only available at The Horizon Annexe, Bangsar South.
  5. Pick-up service only valid for L.O.L Package Engine Oil Change, Alignment, Off-Wheel Balancing, Wiper Change & Brake services.
  6. Package A for Proton & Perodua car models only.
  7. Package B for Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai & Kia car models only.
  8. Subject to stock availability.
  9. All prices shown included 6% GST.
  10. Package include lubricant(4 litre), labour charge & oil filter.
  11. Replacement of original oil filter, parts, lubricants, fluids, bolts, nuts, filters, gaskets and more, subject to additional charges and prevailing 6% GST.
  12. We shall not be held responsible for any delays in the arrival of the assigned CA as it could be due to unforeseen circumstances.
  13. By using our service, you are appointing us as your authorized driver during the course of the service.
  14. Upon entrusting your vehicle to us, the company will only be liable for a total compensation of up to RM 5,000 in the event of a traffic accident caused by our drivers, as verified by the relevant authorities. Car damages must be assessed by our company’s workshop before compensation can be made.
  15. We shall not hold any responsibility for any accident, injury or death to person and damage or loss of the vehicle in the cause of any event.
  16. Lim Tayar reserves the right to vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
