Terms & Conditions

Introduction    

  1. The L.O.L Merdeka Package 2025 is organised by Lim Tayar. 
  2. This Campaign is valid from 1 August 2025 to 30 September 2025. 
  3. Lim Tayar reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotions or terms without prior notice.    

Eligibility    

  1. This Campaign is open to all customers who purchase the L.O.L Merdeka Package 2025 from participating outlets during the Campaign Period. 
  2. This Campaign includes the following participating Lim Tayar stores: Lim Tayar TTDI, Sri Hartamas, Bangsar, Kota Damansara, Taman SEA, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam Seksyen 13, Shah Alam Seksyen 26, Jalan Gombak, Sentul, Ampang Jaya, Taman Melawati, Dataran Wangsa, Hulu Kelang, Selayang Baru, Old Klang Road, Seremban 2, Kepong, Pandan Indah. 
  3. This Campaign excludes the following Shell partner stores: Lim Tayar Bandar Baru Bangi, Jalan Ampang Batu 4, Bandar Sri Damansara and PJ222. 

Package Details 

  1. The L.O.L Merdeka Package includes selected engine oil models such as Castrol Edge 5W40, Castrol Magnatec 10W/40, Castrol GTX 15W40, Castrol GTX Ultraclean 5W/30, Autobacs 5W/40 and Autobacs 10W/40, oil filter, and oil change labour.  
  2. It is applicable for most Asian compact and sedan vehicles only. Extra charges apply for vehicles requiring extended labour or special oil filters (e.g. SUV, MPV, 4×4, continental).​ 
  3. The RM68 discount is off the standard L.O.L Merdeka Package price. The amount stated in the coupon excludes the 8% SST on labour charges, and all prices may be subject to additional service charges and prevailing government taxes.​ 
  4. Customers are required to pay the full L.O.L Merdeka Package price upfront (after RM68 discount) and will receive a physical redemption coupon and official receipt upon purchase. 
  5. Package items are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to stock availability. 

How to Participate 

  1. Step 1: Spend a minimum of RM168 at any Lim Tayar participating outlets (excluding Shell partner stores). 
  2. Step 2: Purchase the L.O.L Merdeka Package by applying the RM68 discount. 
  3. Step 3: Redeem the package starting the next calendar day at the same store of purchase. 

L.O.L Merdeka Package Coupon 

  1. The coupon redemption can only be made starting the day after purchase and must be completed at the original store of purchase by 31 December 2025.​ 
  2. Each qualifying invoice can include multiple L.O.L Merdeka Package coupon purchases, but only one coupon can be redeemed per invoice.
  3. The coupon redemption requires both the original coupon and receipt. Photocopies, damaged, or reused coupons will not be accepted or replaced.​ 
  4. The coupon is transferrable and may be used for a different car, but unredeemed coupons after 31 December 2025 will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
  5. No Cash and Carry allowed; customers must service their vehicles at a Lim Tayar store.​ 

General Terms 

  1. This Campaign is not valid for credit-term or debtor accounts, and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, loyalty programs, or member privileges.​ 
  2. This Campaign is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be returned separately from the qualifying purchase. 
  3. Lim Tayar is not responsible for any lost or damaged coupons, or any resulting losses.
  4. Lim Tayar reserves the right to substitute package items with equivalent or higher-value products when necessary.​
  5. Lim Tayar may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.​ 
  6. Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and possible suspension from future promotions.​
