Cancellations
No cancellation/ amendment can be done once the order and services are paid and confirmed.
Returns & Refund
Orders are returnable within 7 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you if they are incorrect, damaged or defective. This is applicable for both Home Delivery and Store Pick-Up & Installation option. For Store Pick-Up & Installation, you are required to collect your goods within 7 working days from the day goods are delivered to the store and inform the respective store representative of a need to return the goods. Failing which, we deem you satisfied with the goods delivered.
Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The item is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items inside the packaging.
Damaged/ Defective: The items are found to be damaged/ defective upon receipt.
Returned items are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Proof of purchase will be required for all exchange or refund (Printed copy of the tax invoice sent to your e-mail)
- Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with the free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- This policy does not apply to items which have been stated as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on our website.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be exchanged as a whole set.
- If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original purchase price, you will be required to pay the difference in amount. If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a lower price, the difference in amount will not be refunded to you.
- Please note we do not offer exchange on promotional items.
Return Procedure
All goods to be refunded or exchanged will require the customer to first send an email request to [email protected]. The request will be reviewed by our team, and the customer will be notified on the status of the request within 48 hours (Excluding Sat, Sun & Public Holidays).
Our online agent will verify the return reason and arrange a free pick-up for you. We will conduct an evaluation within 14 working days from the day the goods are delivered to our warehouse for investigation.
If your return is valid, we will process your exchange or refund based on the indication provided by the online agent. If it’s valid, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase or replace a new unit.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Purchases Made Using Vouchers
Vouchers are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
How do I submit a refund or exchange request?

How long will before I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued within 14 working days after informing you of the validity of the return. Refund will be made according to the payment method during the original purchase. Please note that refund amount is subjected to conditions of the products.
Items for Customers to note:
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the store does not have any more stock, you may wait until they are able to source additional stock of the desired product. Refund is permitted only when there’s no stock available.
Exchanges may apply for the same product of a different colour or for different products that serve the same function at the same price. Such exchanges are subject to a mutual agreement between yourself and the online team.
