Year End Carnival – Buy 2 Free 2 & Buy 3 Free 1 on Tyres  

General 

1. Promotions are valid from 29 November 2024 to 8 December 2024. Offers are only available within this period. 
2. Open to all customers who meet the specific conditions for each promotion. Installation must be done at Lim Tayar stores. 
3. Promotions, discounts, and vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers. 
4. Offers are subject to while stock last and first-come, first-served basis.  
5. Goods sold are non-returnable, non-transferrable and non-refundable.   
6. This promotion is not valid for credit-terms account/debtors account. 
7. Lim Tayar reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotions or terms without prior notice. 

Promo 1: Online Store Promotion 

1. In the event that a purchase is completed but the selected stock is unavailable, Lim Tayar reserves the right to issue a full refund. Alternatively, upon agreement with the customer, we may offer a replacement with a different tyre brand. Any additional costs for the alternative brand will be borne by the customer, while any overpaid amount will be refunded   
2. The tyre selected for the “Buy 3 Free 1” and “Buy 2 Free 2” offers are different.   
3. All 4 tyres must be of the same SKU.   
4. Balancing, balancing weights, rim wash, rubber valve, and installation (exclude alignment) are mandatory at a flat fee of RM64.80 per vehicle for SST outlet. RM60 for non-SST outlet. 
5. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.   
6. No cash-and-carry purchases; tyres must be installed in-store only.   
7. Tyres purchased online through this promotion must be installed in-store by 31 December 2024.   
8. Full payment is required at the time of purchase, and installation must be completed at the store specified at checkout.   
9. The proof of purchase/receipt must be presented for tyre installation. Failure to do so will render the customer ineligible for redemption.   
10. This promotion is valid for a single vehicle only and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to third parties.   
11. Trade-ins are not accepted.   
12. By purchasing under this promotion, the customer is deemed to have understood, agreed to, and accepted the terms and conditions.   
13. The E-Store policy also applies to this promotion if purchase is made in E-Store. 

Promo 2: In-Store Promotions  

1. All 4 tyres must be of the same SKU.   
2. Balancing, balancing weights, rim wash, rubber valve, and installation (exclude alignment) are mandatory at a flat fee of RM64.80 per vehicle for SST outlet. RM60 for non-SST outlet.    
3. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.    
4. No cash-and-carry purchases; tyres must be installed in-store only.   
5. Full payment is required if installation is postponed to a later date (not later than 31 December 2024) and the installation must be carried out at the store where the purchase was made.   
6. The original deposit receipt must be presented for tyre installation. Failure to do so will render the customer ineligible for redemption.   
7. This promotion is valid for a single vehicle only and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to third parties.   
8. Trade-ins are not accepted.   
9. By purchasing under this promotion, the customer is deemed to have understood, agreed to, and accepted the terms and conditions. 

Promo 3: Discount Voucher 

1. This voucher validity is only from 1 March 2025 to 31 March 2025.   
2. To redeem the voucher, customers need to spend at least RM300 on a single receipt.   
3. The discount amount of RM100 is deducted from the whole invoice amount.   
4. This voucher is non stackable with another voucher.   
5. One discount voucher is applicable for a single invoice only. Each invoice is applicable for one car only.   
6. The original discount voucher must be presented at the time of redemption. Photocopies of the discount voucher will not be accepted.   
7. Once the discount voucher is used, it cannot be reused. Damaged discount vouchers will be considered as invalid discount vouchers and will not be replaced.   
8. The voucher is valid up to the stipulated expiry date and no extension of date shall be given.   
9. All prices may be subject to service charge (SST) and prevailing government taxes.   
10. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and redemptions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards. 
11. Lim Tayar shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of this voucher and any of the losses or damages suffered by the bearer of this voucher that arise from or in connection with the loss or damage of the vouchers.
